How Much Does a Home Electrical Inspection Cost on Average?

A home electrical inspection with Wisler costs $99 with our current Electrical Safety Inspection offer. Final pricing only changes if you choose to proceed with repairs or upgrades the inspection uncovers, and exact costs are confirmed after we evaluate your system on-site.

Our certified, background-checked electricians perform a full safety check that includes panel diagnostics and thermal testing to spot hot spots that aren’t visible to the eye, then provide clear repair-or-replace recommendations. Many homeowners in the Roanoke area use this low-cost visit to get ahead of hazards and avoid surprise outages; Diamond Club members also receive an annual electrical inspection as part of membership. If code issues or worn parts are found, we’ll price options before any work starts so you stay in control.

  • Your $99 covers the inspection; any repairs are priced separately and only done with approval.
  • Added costs typically relate to correcting identified hazards or replacing failing components.
  • Follow-up work (like panel upgrades or rewiring) is optional and quoted after the inspection.

Schedule the inspection early if you’ve noticed warm outlets, frequent breaker trips, or burning odors so a small issue doesn’t turn into an emergency.
