What should I do if my water heater is leaking from the bottom?
Turn off the water and power, then contact us. A bottom leak often means tank failure or a drain valve issue. Wisler offers same-day emergency water heater repair and replacement in Roanoke and surrounding areas, with same-day, free estimates. We service electric, gas, tank, tankless, and heat pump models. A licensed tech will diagnose on site and explain options.
- Turn cold inlet valve to OFF.
- Electric: switch breaker OFF. Gas: set control to OFF.
- Move belongings, place a bucket, and note where water appears.
